.. I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, game officials, and administrators at all times.
.. I will support the coaches, officials, and administrators working with my child, in order to encourage a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
.. I will remember that the game is for the players, not for the adults.
.. I will ask my child to treat other players, coaches, game officials, administrators, and fans with respect.
.. I will always allow the coach to be the only coach, by refraining from coaching from the sidelines.
.. I will not enter into arguments with the other team’s parents, players, game officials or coaches.
.. I will not enter the field of play for any reason during the game unless asked to by a coach &/or referee.
.. I will not criticize game officials.
.. Alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco products and unauthorized prescription drugs shall not be possessed, consumed or distributed before, during or after any game while on the soccer fields.
*** If any of these rules are broken: a coach, referee or parent can contact the President of the NHSA. *** The following will then take place.
• 1st offence: Warning
• 2nd offence: A meeting with the Board to discuss your behavior.
If you continue with your behavior after being talked to about it you will be asked to NOT attend the rest of the soccer games for that year.
**If the following rule has been broken it will be handled differently. **
.. I will never place my hands on an official, coach or any player in a way that they feel threatened.
If this does happen & is reported to the board it will be handled this way:
You will be reported to WYSA (Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association) & they will handle the incident. It may possibly lead to you not being able to attend any future soccer games.
Being a parent, I have read and understand the New Holstein Soccer Association Code of Conduct and the Field Rules. I agree to abide to this code of conduct and practice good sportsmanship throughout the season. I pledge to help enforce this conduct as written to better the soccer experience for all.
